Porter College Welcome Week Schedule 2011

All new Porter students are expected to attend Welcome Week activities. Some events are mandatory and are especially marked on the schedule. This program will help new students make an easier transition to living at Porter College. Students will need to be on campus during this period. Boardwalk Frolic

UCSC's Boardwalk Frolic is Tuesday, September 20 from 6:30PM to 10:00PM. There is free bus transportation, free parking, and the doors open at 6:00PM. UCSC's own radio station, KZSC, will provide DJ music for dancing. Ticket includes $3 in Boardwalk Bucks for food. Students, staff and faculty are invited to this once-a-year event of rides, music, activities for the UCSC community. Tickets may be purchased online or at the Bay Tree Bookstore.
