What is an RA?

RAs are student leaders who live in their communities and serve as the first responders to resident needs. As an RA, you are responsible for creating a safe and engaged community for their students. There is no average day in the life of an RA as responsibilities shift drastically depending on the time of year and your residents’ needs, but in general, RAs spend their time programming for their residents along with various administrative tasks throughout the year.
