There are lots of ways to orient yourself to the university and Porter College.  In addition to the opportunities on this list, we hope you'll meet with your major advisers, your professors, with advisers from Services for Transfer and Re-entry Students (STARS), and of course with your college advisers!

Fall Orientation & Welcome Week

Mandatory Porter College Advising Presentation

Date:  Monday, September 23, 2013

Time: 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Where:  Hitchcock Lounge at Porter College, Building C.

• We'll briefly recap some highlights from summer, and then go into more depth on campus resources, degree plans, two-pass winter enrollment, and hear from the College Provost, a STARS adviser, and have an opportunity to hear from a student panel.
